Premium quality, traditional fruit and nuts are selected, hand washed and marinated in brandy before being batch baked very slowly to retain all of the rich textures and flavours of a traditional fruit cake. After baking, the cakes are cooled, brushed with brandy, wrapped and stored for at least three months. Then they are dressed, glazed once again with brandy and hand packaged for sale. The maturing process enhances the rich fruit and brandy flavours of the cake. The cake also moistens with age making it easier to cut, without crumbling. Our Classic Fruitcakes are available in 3 sizes: 1.2kg tin, 600g tin and 300g box. These cakes can also be made gluten free.

Patrizia's French Meringues are handmade. Like real meringues, they are crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle.
